The Orinda Homestay is Ideal for students who wish to combine their academic experience with cultural immersion. By sharing family dinners, shopping at the mall, stopping for coffee or ice cream, or enjoying a family barbecue, you see a warmer side of America and learn English faster. Most of our families live in Berkeley and the nearby communities including Orinda, a beautiful residential area beyond the Berkeley hills.
Our homestay families typically live within one hour by public transportation from ESI. Homestays are available to students enrolled in all courses.
